Are these official Apple Watch products?

Our products are compatible to be used with your own Apple products. We do not sell any bands or other products authorized / manufactured by Apple. We are a third-party seller.

Can the bands on my Apple Watch be changed?

Yes, you can change the band of your apple watch and it is very easy! Push the band release button at the back of your watch, and the strap will slide out. If the band doesn't slide out, press the band release button again and make sure that you hold it down.

Please make sure that you put the band on the correct side. Look at the adapter, and make sure the side with the metal middle piece is facing the under-side of your watch. You should hear a light click when you insert the band correctly.

Will these bands fit the model of my Apple Watch?

Our watch bands are generally compatible with all Apple Watch models including series 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, SE, Ultra and Ultra 2. Please refer to the description under each product to know more on the model compatibility.

Will these watch bands fit my wrist?

All of our Apple Watch bands are adjustable. Our stainless-steel link type bands may need to have some links removed to fit your wrist correctly. It is an easy and quick fix. If you struggle taking the links out, please message us and we will send you a tutorial video.

How do I adjust the size of my watch band?

Adjusting the size of your watch band is easy! Check these videos below to guide you through the process.

Keep in mind that watches in the videos may be different from the ones you ordered, but the idea is the same as on all the link watch bands.

What are the care instructions for apple watch bands?

• Stainless steel bands

Avoid water, harsh chemicals and scratching. Store your bands safely when not in use and polish them with a polishing cloth to make it shinier. 

• Leather bands

Leather is water resistant, but not waterproof. Getting your band soaking wet may result in stripped oils from the leather’s surface. This way the leather will stretch out and become damaged. So, while your leather is an amazing accessory in many locations, the beach and shower should not be one of them.

• Silicone bands

Wipe the band clean with a non-abrasive, lint-free cloth. If necessary, lightly dampen the cloth with fresh water. With these bands, you can also use mild hypoallergenic hand soap for cleaning.

ORDERS

Can I edit, update, cancel or make any changes to my order?

If you contact us within 24 hours, we shall send notifications to the responsible post office. Please be advised that it does not guarantee anything. It shall be considered at your responsibility to add the correct address details.

Why am I receiving multiple packets from the same order?

We have several factories and warehouses that are responsible for different products. Therefore, some of our orders may be shipped separately.

Can I exchange for another size or colour?

We do not support straight exchanges, but you can return your unwanted items and then order new ones. We will refund you as soon as we receive your return. You can read our Refund Policy.

Do I need to have an account to order?

You can order freely without having to create an account.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You can track your order until you receive it. Once you've made the payment and we ship your items, we shall send you the track reference number in which you will be able to check the status of your order.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

The delivery of the order depends on the region and time frame. In the United States, the usual delivery time is 5-15days, but times can vary. To European countries the order can be delivered in 5-20 business days. Other countries alike.

Do you make promotions often?

Yes. We do make promotions on special events.

What if there are Import Tax, VAT and Duties?

As a general rule, you (the recipient) will be responsible for all import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which may be levied once the package reaches the country of destination. In such cases, your local customs will contact you directly of the arrangement.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit / debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

Are there extra charges on the top of the total price?

No. We do not charge extra. You pay what comes up as total.

How secure is my online order?

When purchasing online using your credit / debit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page supported by Shopify. All the transactions made on our website are secure. The padlock symbol next to the address bar of the page beginning with "https" indicates that you are in a secure setting.

Payment is powered by Shopify and is Level 1 PCI compliant, so you can keep payment info and personal data safe.

Shop for straps and bands that works with your Apple Watch. The Case Size for the watch bands should be the exact same as that engraved on your Apple Watch.

At iBand Store, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality watch bands. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to return or exchange a product. This Returns and Refund Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returning or refunding your purchase.

Returns

REPLACEMENT
In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, please report it to us within 24 hours by emailing us.  To request for a replacement, buyers are required to provide photographic / video evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to ibandstore5@gmail.com. If the case is deemed valid, iBand Store will cover the related cost to deliver a replacement. If buyers request product return for reasons other than manufacturing defects, we are not responsible for the return shipping cost.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

After 14 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item replacement for any reason.

Also, we offer 30 days warranty for every item on our store. Please contact us if you have any manufacturing issues.

Please note that personalized or custom-made watch straps are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Returns Accepted for: Coloration issues, loosening of clasps, any defect issues
Returns / Refunds NOT accepted: if the customer ordered the incorrect size/color/quantity etc. We ship the exact item(s) that you select at the time of purchase.

Note for watchstraps: The inner side of our watch clasps would not be colour-coated. Brush marks on stainless steel and minor markings in between the chains are also unavoidable. Such would be unnoticeable when you wear our products, and we do not consider them as product defect.

Refunds (if applicable)

For refunds(if applicable), please send an email to ibandstore5@gmail.com with your full name, order number, item description and the reason for your return. The return address is provided by email as it varies depending on your location. Please send the items to the address instructed by email. Note that failing to contact us before returning the items could result in loss of goods, in which case we may be unable to issue a return/refund.

We require that all returns be shipped with tracking to ensure that your return is received and processed correctly. Please include a photo of your shipping receipt and tracking number when you notify us of your return. Kindly be aware that the cost of return shipping should be borne by the customer, and we are unable to provide refunds for these shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days-depending on your bank or credit card provider. An acknowledgment email confirming the return of funds would be sent to your email address. Please note that the amount refunded will be the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping or handling fees. 

Refunds will not be granted if the customer ordered the incorrect size/color/quantity etc. We ship the exact item(s) that you select at the time of purchase. If you require a change to your order, please email us ASAP and we will try our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes to your order, and a refund/ exchange will not be granted.

We take Responsibility if:

- Faulty Product delivered:  If the product has a manufacturing defect.

- Wrong Item Sent: If we send you the wrong product, colour or size.

Your Responsibility if:

- Incorrect Size / Colour ordered.

- Incorrect Address Provided: If you made an error in the address, we are not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer at the time of purchase. Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, firstly please check your bank account again as it may take some time before your refund officially reflects in the banking system.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

The given delivery dates are estimates calculated from the date an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the transit time.
At times, deliveries might take longer than expected because of incorrect shipping address provided by customer, bad weather conditions, stringent customs clearance procedures at destination, or any other unavoidable circumstances. Your cooperation is requested in such cases.

Shipping Fee

For customers in the United States, Canada and the Middle East: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $30. For orders below $30, a shipping fee of $4.99 will be applied.

For customers in the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain other countries: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $80. For orders below $80, a shipping fee of $5.99 will be applied.

Order Confirmation

After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.

Processing Time

The order processing time might take up to 1~4 business days. Processing includes checking, packing, and handing over your orders to the courier companies. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email.

Order Cancellation and Change Request

We accept 8 hours’ notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity, color, size, or Shipping Address information. Just feel free to contact us. We’re available 24/7 at ibandstore5@gmail.com

In case of order cancellation, the applicable Payment Gateway fees will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that any request received after 8 hours period will no longer be accepted. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed from our end.
